Studio Policies
​
RESCHEDULE POLICY:
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your sessions it is required to provide a 72-hour notification. Anything less than a 72-hour notification will result in forfeiture of your session.
​
RETAINER REFUND POLICY:
Retainers/Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable up to ONE TIME with a 72-hour notification to reschedule. IF you do not reschedule within 72 hours, your retainer will be forfeited. In the event of a no-call, no-show, your retainer will also be forfeited.
​
LATE ARRIVALS POLICY:
If you are not on time for your appointment it will compromise the amount of time we have together. We cannot extend your appointment time if you are late as we are booked back-to-back. Late arrivals >20 minutes, we will have to end the session within the allotted scheduled time. Please let us know if you anticipate any delays so that we can make the necessary adjustments.
